My name is Eddie Clitheroe - although a lot of people from the time that this book is about, knew me as Ted. I'm writing this book for 2 reasons. One, by popular request - I'm often talking about my time with the stars, and folks have said 'why don't you write a book about it' - so here it is, and two, because I'm skint and need a few shillings. This is a true story about my time at West Runton Pavilion. Some of it's happy, some of it's sad, some of it will please, some of it may offend, but this is my story, and I'm telling it as it was - warts-and-all.
